This will be a lot to read, so bear with us on it, alright? Have you ever wanted to control zombies and have them ambush survivors, running them out of their hiding places with their pants around their ankles in fear? Well, now you can do just that! This login is universal and available to all members to use - allowing you all to use this account to scare the wits out of the other players.
However, there will be rules! Obviously, there is no biting allowed from the zombies unless the other writer is willing to kill of their character. With that being said, let the administrator (Genie Olivo) know if you plan to kill off a character just so she knows what is going on and isn't left completely in the dark.
Perhaps the most exciting thing about this experience is the incorporation of the special infected from the Valve video games, Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. Genie will come through and explain the roles of all the special infected and provide tips on how to attack with them to get the best experience with injuring and/or scaring the survivors. Again, please ask the other writer if putting their character into physical harm is okay with them, for some special infected don't particularly maim as much as they do lure survivors towards walkers.
One final rule is that you are not allowed to use the OfficialZombie account on threads labeled [Safe House]. This is where characters can seek refuge for a short period of time along their journey, and you are not allowed to ruin that peace. With that being said, characters are not allowed to permanently stay in one location - YOU MUST KEEP MOVING.

Okay guys! I'm here to explain to you how these "Special Infected" work. They are based off of a video game (Left 4 Dead & Left 4 Dead 2) that I have become rather skilled at playing, so here are some basic instructions on how to terrify the survivors to the fullest extent. I will try my best to include a regular shot of each special, as well as an action shot of each. Some video game characters will appear in these photos, but it's only so you can see exactly how they attack. I will also include links to the opening scene of each game, which will help to show their abilities. All of the characters are shown in one of the two videos below, aside from The Boomer. The crying one in the beginning of the first video is known as The Witch, however I don't believe she would be a very good candidate for the RP since she doesn't act unless startled.

The Smoker The Smoker makes a sound that matches its name - he has a "smoker's cough." He uses his long tongue to wrap around his victims and pull them away from their teammates, whether they remain on the ground or rise into the air just depends on The Smoker's position (ex: he pulls Bill off the ground when he is on the staircase above the characters in the first video). Since the object of this infected is to get a player away from their group, it is best to be sneaky about your location or wait to strike when the other players are distracted. Shooting your tongue from rooftops is a good idea, since you can get away even after the survivor has been freed from your tongue. Hiding behind trees and such is also effective, but overall try and be as stealthy as possible. The Boomer The Boomer will probably be one of the best characters for this roleplay. If you hear gurgling sounds that sounds like someone with awful indigestion, odds are there is a Boomer nearby. The way The Boomer works is that he vomits on your character. I know, this is absolutely disgusting, and your character will probably desire a shower more than their life at that point. When the vomit hits the survivor, they are temporarily blinded - not completely, mind you, but it is rather difficult to see through. This bile attracts the hoard to whomever is puked on, but this puke isn't limited to one character. The Boomer may puke on up to four people with one strike. When killing this fellow, be warned. Make sure to distance yourself from him before shooting him. When The Boomer is killed, it explodes and scatters the remaining vomit inside of him. If you are too close, your efforts to get away clean will have been futile. I will provide a couple additional pictures for this character since it is not shown in the videos: one of the survivor's view after being covered in bile and another of the way The Boomer when dead. ^This is The Boomer's bottom half after he has exploded. As you can see, he literally pops like the fat little bugger he is. The HunterThe Hunter is the fastest moving special infected around. They crawl around and can leap great distances on top of buildings and other such heights. Their growl is unmistakable, and they sometimes sound similar to dogs - making small whimpers/barks when they land after a particularly long jump. The longer the jump, the more intense the initial pounce will be on the survivor, so try and aim at them from tall buildings if you can. Once they are on a survivor, they begin lashing out at them with long claws, causing immense physical damage and pain. This will easily slow down a survivor and make them vulnerable to a hoard, especially if they must go a long distance to reach their destination. The Charger The Charger is a rather comical fellow to watch pass you by. He has one extremely large arm, but his other arm is small and frail - flapping in the wind as he charges an enemy. Though the combination of this flapping arm, wondering (with a dirty mind) how his arm got so large, and the fact that he quite literally "moos" like a cow as he runs is rather hilarious, this enemy is not to be taken lightly. He uses the large arm he possesses to grab a survivor around their waste and carry them off into the distance, separating them from the group in a matter of seconds. Once The Charger has hold of you, he will not let go until he is killed. Once he carries you off about fifty yards, he will stop abruptly and begin pummeling the survivor into the ground ferociously. The best place for a Charger to be is around a corner, perhaps at the end of a long hallway or an alley. The survivors will not expect to see him bolt out from around the corner, and given his quick charge they won't have enough time to react and get out of the way. Once the charger grips its intended survivor, if there are others in his way he will bowl through them, knocking them out of his way and into anything that may be behind them. The Spitter The Spitter resembles someone who would leave a prom night dumpster baby behind after a while night of partying. Isn't she beautiful? Her sounds are also quite melodic, resembling someone who had mucus or semen stuck in the back of her throat. This is due to the acidic spit built up in her body. She shoots this "spit" at the ground, which burns the survivors tremendously - putting them in excruciating pain. This tactic is best used whenever a survivor has either fallen down to clumsiness or injury, or when the survivor is completely surrounded by a horde of zombies. When they are surrounded and get spat on, it is extremely difficult for them to get out of the way of the walkers - causing them to stand in the spit for long periods of time. This acid will obviously burn through their skin, dealing more damage the longer they stand in the green goo. The Jockey The Jockey is probably one of the most amusing-looking special infected. The sound is that of a whinnying horse, and it quite hilarious. However, once The Jockey is on the head of your survivors, it will ride you away against your will. Like with The Smoker, this is best to do when the survivor's group is distracted by something else - an explosion, another group of survivors, or a horde coming at them. With The Jockey, you can jump on their heads and carry them away from the group while they frantically try and get it off of their head. They are also referred to as "Humpers" because it, quite literally, appears that they are humping the heads of their victims. The Tank The Tank is, hands down, the most lethal of all the special infected zombies. He lets out loud, intimidating roars and appears as if he was on a large amount of steroids before becoming a zombie. He is capable of throwing cars, dumpsters, and large chunks of rocks at survivors - doing insurmountable amounts of damage very quickly. As the tank, you don't want to just wait around and take damage from the firearms of survivors. You, instead, want to charge at them directly. Given your massive size and strength, you will easily keep the heat on them by simply being alive. Keep the pressure on them and do as much damage as possible before your life runs out.
